Great day for some football with Mr Durst!

Weather looks to be great for our Special Person Picnic. Feel free to bring picnic blankets to take advantage of the outdoor space. We will have tables outside as well. We look forward to welcoming the special people in your child's life during lunches on Friday, 9/06.

Band students attending sectionals before school at LT should be dropped off by the sidewalk next to the cafeteria. The door nearest to the band room will be open for students attending sections before school.

No School Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day! We will see everyone back on Tuesday, September 3rd.

For the safety of our students, please do not drop students off in front of the building or parking lot. Please use the parent drop off lane on the East side of the building (Dorchester).

“B.L.A.S.T. is Back!
B.L.A.S.T. Session 1 registration begins on Tuesday, September 3rd at 6PM for Middletown Prairie (1st and 2nd grade) and 7PM for Lincoln Trail. Session 1 classes include art, literature, engineering, sports, scrapbooking, yoga, crochet, and more! B.L.A.S.T. is a fee based after-school enrichment program provided by the Mahomet-Seymour School District. Approximately 25% of enrollees are eligible for scholarships made possible by the Mahomet Area Youth Club (MAYC). This means that ALL children can participate in these unique and enriching classes! Look for information coming home with your students today. To view and register for classes, visit the Mahomet-Seymour web store at https://mahomet.RevTrak.net and click on the BLAST button. Let us celebrate year seven of this amazing program and enroll your student in a B.L.A.S.T. class and see why more than 700 students were happily served in more than 50 classes last year!”

Thank you Mahomet Seymour Foundation for the purchase of our rugs! These are perfect for morning meeting.
