MIDDLETOWN PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
The Middletown Preschool Program offers services for children ages 3-5, living in the Mahomet-Seymour School district. Children enrolled have been identified, through a screening process, as meeting Illinois criteria for being considered at-risk or as students with special needs. Limited spots are available for families choosing the tuition-based option.
Children attend school for 2 ½ hours a day with both morning and afternoon sessions available. A teacher and teaching assistant are assigned to each classroom. A support services team works across the preschool classrooms and provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and social work for students meeting eligibility requirements.
