From there, 4 Mahomet-Seymour sophomores, juniors and seniors were selected to sing in the All-State Honors’ Choir and 3 students were selected to the All-State Choir.

Honors’ Choir selectees included Erik Giles (senior, bass), Gabe Fulk (junior, tenor), Nate Smith (junior, bass), and Annie Taber (sophomore, alto)

Singers selected to the All-State Choir included Gabe Llano (senior, bass), Grace Pauley (junior, soprano) and Hannah Pauza (junior, alto)

Choral Director, Jill Rinkel said that the participants in the All-State and Honors’ Choirs “represent the very best musicians in the state of Illinois. These students put in a lot of time and effort preparing for a very comprehensive audition. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments.”
