Kim Johnson is beginning her 3rd year of being a K-5 Instructional Coach for the district. Before that, she taught 3rd grade for many years! She enjoys being able to collaborate with all teachers K-5 and working with so many students.
Kim raised her family in Mahomet, and now lives in Champaign. Her daughter, Lily, now lives in San Francisco and works for the Golden State Warriors. Her son, Ross, just moved back home to begin Law School at U of I. Go Illini! We all love sports, especially basketball. Hanging out with family and friends, reading, cooking and gardening are just a few of the ways Kim likes to spend her free time.
As this year begins, we all will find that some things are a bit different, but many things will be just the same. Mahomet-Seymour schools will always be dedicated to educating and supporting our students with love and pride! She looks forward making this a great year! #bulldogpride
