Megan Jones is a 2nd grade teacher at MPE. She is excited to begin her 16th year of teaching. She has taught all 16 years in second grade for the Mahomet-Seymour school district.
Mrs. Jones lives in Monticello with her husband Chris, her two children Wade (8) and Avery (5), and her yellow lab, Deuce. Her husband Chris is a PE and Drivers Education teacher at Monticello High School, as well as a football and baseball coach. Wade will be entering 3rd grade and Avery will be starting Kindergarten.
Mrs. Jones enjoys exercising, going to the beach, reading, and watching the Sages, the Illini, Cubs baseball, and Bears football.
