Jeannette Hulick is beginning her fourth year as the teacher librarian for Middletown Prairie Elementary School.  Raised in Mahomet, Champaign, and Sidney, and now living in Tolono, Jeannette received both her BS in Elementary Education and her MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois.  Besides being a librarian, which is the best job ever, she is also the mother of one teenager, five cats, and two gerbils.  When she's not attending her daughter's cross country/track meets, band concerts, or show choir performances, she enjoys reading (obviously), binge-watching movies and mystery TV series, photography, running (really slowly), being outdoors, and arts and crafts projects.  She's looking forward to sharing fantastic books, important library information, reading skills, and general silliness with her amazing MPE students (all 800-ish of them!), and can't wait for another fabulous year with them and with the wonderful MPE staff!
