FBLA members Sydney Brown, Cameron Earl, Erika Penrose, Elizabeth Sanders, Colleen Sheehy, and Tanvi Vekaria represented MSHS at the Central Area Conference in Lincoln on Saturday, Dec. 3. Cameron, serving as this year's Area Treasurer, assisted with the opening and closing sessions. Cameron also ran for and won the office of 2012 Area Secretary. Joined by her will be Sydney Brown, who was elected 2012 Area Treasurer.

In competitive events, M-S made a great showing! Cameron won 1st place in both Business Math and FBLA Principles and Procedures; Sydney placed 2nd in FBLA Principles and procedures and 8th in Business Math; Erika placed 3rd in Business Math and 2nd in Marketing; Elizabeth placed 3rd in FBLA Princ. and Proc. and  6th in Bus. Math; Colleen placed 2nd in Intro to Business and 4th in FBLA Princ. and Proce; Tanvi placed 1st in Intro to Business and 1st in Intro to Parliamentary Procedures.
