Dear Parents, Hello and welcome to Middletown Early Childhood Center! You and your child are about to begin one of the most exciting and anticipated times in your child's life: the first day of school. For many children, this will be their first experience in the public school setting. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to making your child's time at MECC a positive experience.
